New Equine In-Store Network Set to Launch - Blue Seal Feeds

Filed under: News — danacox @ 11:28 am

Peterborough, ON Hot on the heels of the launch of its PALTV in-store network in the U.S., Redstone Media Group is getting ready to introduce the equestrian equivalent in Blue Seal Feeds corporate stores.

Horse and Farm Television (HFTV), the new point of purchase television network, is set to launch this October. It will feature informative and entertaining content as well as targeted digital advertising for products carried in-store.

“Blue Seal Feeds loved the idea of being able to do something extra for their customers right at the point of purchase,” says Tim Hockley, president of Redstone. “HFTV gives them the perfect opportunity to help educate and inform customers while also advertising products they carry.”

The network will run on prominently placed 32-inch LCD screens. Some of the content will include training advice from horsemanship experts, health tips and fun facts about equines.

Redstone Media Group Partners with WWPIA

Filed under: News — Redstone @ 10:45 am

Redstone Media Group, the leading digital signage company in the pet industry, has been selected as a strategic partner by the World Wide Pet Industry Association (WWPIA).

Redstone is providing a variety of digital services to the WWPIA, including producing a promotional video for America’s Family Pet Expo, as well as developing SuperZoo-TV, an educational and advertising network designed specifically for the SuperZoo 2009 trade show in September (www.superzoo.org).

SuperZoo-TV will be broadcast on nine high profile 63-inch LCD screens during the entire Super Zoo show, held September 15-17 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV. In addition to developing and designing all the TV content, Redstone has been tasked with selling a limited number of advertising spots on the network.

“These spots will do a great job of creating awareness for vendors and help drive people to their booths,” says Doug Poindexter, president of WWPIA. “They’ll also be featured on WWPIA’s information website www.petsource.org and www.youtube.com for one full year. With Redstone’s experience in the digital and video market, we couldn’t think of a better fit.”

Redstone will also be shooting the educational seminars, as well as a select number of product demonstrations.

“We’re really excited to be working with WWPIA,” says Tim Hockley, president of Redstone. He adds that ad spot sales for SuperZoo-TV have been brisk so far. “Vendors appreciate the value of the digital screens that SuperZoo offers and ads spots are selling fast.”

Ad spots are available on a first come, first served basis for $500, which includes design.

Redstone Media Group is also the creator and manager of PALTV, a dynamic and growing television network that runs in pet stores throughout North America.
